In response to many of our customers wishes, PVA and Pellets are able to offer an individual service to our clients. If you cannot see the items from our range in the quantities you require, don't worry, just give us a ring and we well make them up in the quantity you do require. Simple !!

Making A Purchase:
1. Online:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your Shopping Basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Go To Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details (name and address etc) that we need to be able to deliver your order.

2. By Phone
Some of our customers still prefer to order the old fashioned way ...by phone. Although ordering online is completely secure we understand that it is not everyone's cup of tea ... and to be honest we are always delighted to actually talk to our customers directly !!

WE can now accept secure phone orders.

Shipping And Handling:
We only deliver to UK (not remote Highlands) and Ireland Addresses.

If you would like to place an order for delivery outside the UK or Ireland please contact us with your enquiry.

• Maximum delivery charge for 25kg is £8.95.

** please note that all orders are freshly prepared including Boilies although shelf life,they are made fresh for each order. Any items not in stock we will notify you, we do not back order unless you specifically request us to do so.

Bank Transfer for all UK customers is fine too. The clearing time depends on the bank you operate with, but typically 2-3 working days. As soon as the payment clears into our account we will ship the item.
